Quit smoking
Most smokers do not know that the determination to quit smoking plays a vital role in the process. In fact, it is the key to success. Ask a smoker when is the last time they have decided to kick the habit? And what makes them have the thoughts? Few of the scenarios that happened at the moment of their thoughts could be: • when smoking poses an inconvenience or embarrassments to them. • having a severe sore throat or sickness believed to be caused by smoking. • while at a point of time when having too much tobacco, makes them nauseous on the next puff. • having a serious hangover the day after a night’s party. Smokers always have the intention to quit smoking during the absence of the nicotine crave and when they are somehow affected by it. When the craving is back, they are back to the old habits again.
Give yourself some time. Do some planning and self-conditioning. • List the benefits you will get from quitting (Social, health & financial).
